Keys seem disconnected from the System!

Hello,

since two days I finally own a (used) G2 and I love it. I am looking forward to sharing my patches with you!

But today a scaring problem appeared. Suddenly the keys seem to be disconnected from the system.
No Gate or Note/Velocity/Aftertouch Signals are transmitted anymore, and so are Pitch Stick and ModWheel Values. Playing it via MIDI does not work either ... (the rest of the system seems to be still doing as it should)

Is it possible that I unintentionally hit a button/function that mutes these signals? Did anyone have the same problem? I also already reinstalled the OS ...

Maybe I should've read the section in the manual about split points. Wink

Though I don't know exactly what really happened, everything's fine again.

Congrats on your new G2.

Several of us have experienced out G2s going dead if they are left on for long periods of time - like over one or two weeks. They seem to lock up. They make sounds but you can't change patches or operate the controls. Powering them off and on again clears things.
