Hi, Dave. I added the event to the calendar. You can do it - don't need to be an admin. On the first post of every topic there is a little calendar widget that shows up under the Subject Description line. Click on it and you'll be able to select the calendar date. Then it will be automatically added to the site's calendar.

Also, I suggest you resize your graphics to be about 800 pixels wide to look best on the forum.
