Softsynths on Linux, eh?

Hey, does anyone have any experience with any of these badboies, or synthesis on Linux in general?

I have played with csound--powerful but very difficult to work with.

i don't look at the article

but i have used on linux:

csound, supercollider, chuck

alsa modular synth, om synth, zynaddsubfx, spiralsynthmodular

several vsts: reaktor and pro-53 particularly

also pd is very good

my favs are pd and om, very smooth and easy to work with. the others i am learning. they all work in ubuntu (ie debian)
