ABOUT THE SUIT

Hardware:


The Gypsy Mocap-midi controller suit [MX12] is modeled on the human skeletal form, using rotational sensors placed on the body joints. The suit simply plugs into a midi interface and body movements send midi signals directly to sound modules and to popular audio sequencing software such as, Logic Audio, Cubase, Live and Reason.

12 Sensors, 6 Sensors per arm

Sensors on each arm:

Wrist up & down
Wrist spin
Elbow up & down
Elbow side to side
Shoulder up & down
Shoulder side to side

Required equipment not included in gypsy midi system:
Midi interface
Audio/visual productions software
Apple Computer OSX
Close Window

Though it looks kind of odd like a big body brace like you have some bad medical condition... Very cool though.
