That is really great! And very inspiring - haven't had much time to play with the synth stuff lately, and will have to hack some time out of the schedule.

Thanks - here's another one I did last night. This one uses three voices and the ge-flippen of der (die, das?) range switch. In this one, the external range has a low audio LFO riding on a DC offset, so all things controlled by the Klee get the audio rate modulation when it's selected. The added voice at the end of that section is just mixing in a bit of DSC2000.

Thats great! It's got that weird music-by/for-robots sound that I love.

And my keyboard usually looks like that, too.

Frikkin' awesome noodle. There's a Klee in there somewhere, but...wow! I'm not sure I could bring myself to tear that patch down.

Yeah hard to hear what the klee does here.
It modulates the noisering and one gate out goes to the wiard sequencer witch i use to reload the databus.
Another klee channel scans trough the wiard waveformcity waves.

Embarassed

I tought it was not that interesting enough to post here.
Because it is kinda vague what the klee does.
But next time i'll park it here to.

Exclamation

Oh, man - I'd be tempted to solder the patch cords in place, turn it on 24/7 so it always plays in the background, then start buying synth modules to replace it! Laughing

That's one awesome piece - and the submarine hunt theme fits it superbly.

Very cool stuff mono-poly. I love the environment you created on "U Boat Hunt Down". It would make a great sound track for a horror film. I really enjoyed your "Demo 1" too Scott! It reminds me of "Close Encounters of the Third Kind". So I guess it sounds like an ARP2500. Cool stuff.

Here is an example of the Klee sequencing my mc-202. Its also driving my modular which you can hear in the background.

Did you use a quantizer?

No I don't have a quantizer. I really need three of them.

Awesome video, as usual! Just frikkin cool. I'm always impressed with your work. It's really cool to see the Klee interact with other equipment. Keep'em coming! Very Happy

Here's a vid that uses just gate bus 1 and gate bus 3 merge switches to control a sequence. From the four different combinations, four different variations on the general timing of the sequence are possible.

Nothing wrong with it, nice vid, nice tune, all cool, except that Dieter may not be too happy about how you spelled his last name Wink

I might add that is one of the most gorgeous Klee sequences I've heard yet - your technique of using the baby ten and the quantizer is really effective.

thank you so much for the laurels and kind words, scott and jan. i was not fishing for compliments, believe me Very Happy i'd actually thought the video shows neither the thechnical capabilities of the klee2 nor my musical capabilities, it's just a proof that the camera is working...
i am using only two CV outs of the klee, no triggers and/or gates!
but then, i played some subtle pads to the sequence and it made much fun.
