setup problems with Nomad and Micro Modular

Im having problem setting up the Nomad editor and my new Modular. Im using a Macbook running 10.4.11 Tiger, a Midiman 2x2 midisport and a Micro Modular.
The editor opens fine when I click the nomad icon (which is inside the same directory as the nomad.jar file) and in the connection setting my midisports in-A and out-A are found, but in the settings (properties for Nord Modular) all options are greyed out. So im not able to set the Midi-clock to external.

I cant run the command line: java -jar nomad.jar from the Terminal.
Then I get this message: Unable to access jarfile nomad.jar

If i click the nomad.jar file directly it cant open and the following message is in the Consol:

I have the following Java installed: J2SE 5.0.
-java version "1.5.0_13"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_13-b05-241)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_13-121, mixed mode, sharing).

I have already placed the libosxmidispi.jnilib and
osxmidispi.jar files inside the extensions folder. Also tried the mmj.jar file but without succes.

Futher I cant find any nomad/conf/application.xml directory (or any application.xml file) on my computer. So I havent been able to change the "<entry>4</entry>"
to "<entry>1</entry>". (I am using a Nord Micro Modular).

Read somewhere this forum about people using Ta Horng MIDI I/O midi device for the setup. In my Audio MIDI Setup both the Ta Horng and the MIDISPORT 2X2 is displayed but im not sure if i need to configure anything?

Realy hope someone can help me out as I spend hours trying and trying, still being stocked..

Can you try to upgrade to the last version of Java and see if it works ?
