Start with deep breaths.
All tracks sound sucky on their own. It is only as part of the whole that the production sounds whole.
One thing I do is start a production by recording all the tracks I think I should have. They usually have faults, but I can hear them all together. Which allows me to think in the context of the whole production, not lose myself in the detail of a single track. It is unproductive to get too focused on a single track, especially early in the production. There is time for that much later.
If you are hearing something and it isn't happening when you record it, record it anyway, and then do the other tracks you think you need. You can always record extra tracks too. I do that a lot. Then figure out what you want from the production, and then re-record or edit tracks as you think. You might be surprised. _________________ Garret: It's so retro.

then make full track in percussion
and then make full track in each synth sound sepearatly and record them seperatly and same with the fx etc etc..
And final step put them all together, if i havent missudnerstand you thats how i got it.. And Big Thanks! Apreciate your advice.. PLUR |

Ofcourse its not important how they sound seperatly its important how they sound together, specially if you use sidechain alot |

Yes, that is the idea. Build up. Unless you are very experienced, you can not hear the missing tracks in your head to compensate for the track you are recording. And if you are experienced, you will do them in an order that builds the production.
Yes, your second post shows you understand. I usually do a scrap piano track to run the song, then add kick/snare, bass, the rest of the drums, rhythm, maybe lead or backing, maybe backing or lead, and then finally the vocals or leads. But the point is there is a process you should follow and the early parts sound like crap and don't worry about it, because you can record more tracks later. Or you can fix the parts of the tracks you don't like later.
Main thing is to get some context from the whole recording.
