Does anybody know where to get them in Europe?
The plastic part of the knobs has started to crumble with age and I'd like to replace some of them.

I found one in the USA, but would be more practical to get them locally - shipping, taxes, Clavia being Swedish and all Smile

Have you contacted clavia/nord keyboards support? My G2 encoder broke and they sent me a replacement - free of charge, they even payed for shipping. Probably the nicest customer support I've ever gotten, including the conversations on email.

I haven't because of this text on the webpage:

"In need of spare parts or maintenance?

Warranty and maintenance is handled by our distributors, and in some cases by special service centers. Please consult your point of purchase for detailed information."

But I'll try just in case.

Bought it from Thomann, about 13 years ago, so it's understandable if I don't get anywhere.

I got them from syntaur in the past with no issues, for what it's worth.

Knob 16 on mine died a few weeks ago. And some others that I use less are a bit twitchy, send jitttery data...

The Sifam 4mm D-Shaft knobs like these look pretty close and are the correct orientation:

p/n 3/03/DP110-004/237/224

The pointers and underside of the knobs on my G1 seem to be a very light grey rather than pure white like the Sifam's but that could be age / wear
