This would be spiffy. I've got a bunch spread out through different threads. I know THeff's got a number of them, too. I recall one or two from Unca K and at least one from Bugbrand. Maybe I'll course through and link them here, if that doesn't violate the double-post thing. _________________ My Site |

Linking is a very good idea, double posting of the mp3 themselves less so, but I was thinking more about the stream of new things to come soon
Scott: This evening I'll find yours and make links for 'm here in the top post - you can edit it afterwards if there is anything not to your liking. There are a few others as well I think, will see later, lunch time now, then work time & dinner time, then just .. time .. _________________ Jan

Will there be Klee albums (Kleebums? lol ) at some point? Best of? Greatest Hits? Etc.
Or mayhap in time - a Sub-forum with genres?
Am I thinking to far ahead? lol
I could pitch in artwork. |

Ooh I like it - how come everyone gets results like this so soon after having a Klee? It took me ages to wrap my head around it.
I hear some note variation going on - were you flipping bus switches or merging or....? I can never tell, even after having run this one here for long! What were you Klocking the Klee with?
I like the way you made the patch details so clear - I'll have to adopt that style.
Thanks for posting this...and post more.
Cheers,

I merge bus3 approx half way thru the sample which adds slight variation to the high pitch notes.... Other than that its just turning on and off the gate switches.
Clocked from square LFO... _________________ -

I agree with Scott. I'll be doing the same thing once I have the machine up and running and start posting things. (Though - with modifications to some of my modules anyways, things may not make sense. )
WILD piece! I can't WAIT! (Need so many of the parts though .... ) |

Thanks everyone for positive comments on my little sample.
I must say I am having tons o fun having the klee controlling vcf's in the typical drone stuff I do in my Torn Envelopes recordings...
The Bus outs are a HUGE bonus...
Loving the Klee.... _________________ -

I haven't downloaded "Imperium" yet due to my dial-upliciousness, but I got "Smooth Chiller", and, Wow!!! You do more with half a Klee tied behind your back than I can with 16 stages of shift register. Bravo!
Cheers,

Imperium: Oh yes, Klee-ey goodness.
I agree with TAP - I didn't find it repetitive at all; in fact, quite the opposite. That's the kind of tune I think might make Paul Klee himself happy. _________________ My Site |

Awesome thanks! The Klee does exactly what I have been looking for, and it is a lot of fun playing with it. Their could have not been a better name for the Klee. I have the privilege to view original Klee paintings, in San Francisco at the MOMA. It is incredible to stand in the presence of such work. Cant wait to get register A up and running. Stay tuned, theres more to come.

Fantastic! I wouldn't have thought solo register B could be manipulated to have as much variation as you're getting with "Imperium". That's pretty impressive! _________________ My Site |

Hey Tap - that sounds like a nice segue into another Torn Envelope. The effect you're getting off that has almost a claustorphobic feel to it. _________________ My Site |
