Hi .

Panel drilled at weekend , 3mm thick aluminium 100mm by 250mm , drilled and sticker applied .

The sticker is plain adhesive white vinyl with all the blue bits lazered on at a local sign maker / printers shop.

The aluminium is an offcut i got at a local engineers/machine workshop cut to my size on a big hydraulic guillotine.

Next , decorate with pots & sockets then wire up.

Dave.

i think i will have to try this adhesive vinyl, too... seems to be a great option for DIY.

Hi Matthias , vinyl stickers are easy to use , just peel them off the backing and dab soapy water with a sponge to de-activate the adhesive to allow the sticker to be straightened on the panel, then leave to dry for a day or two , the air bubbles slowly disappear Smile
