Hi there! I'm Hannes the one who did the knobs here. If you want I can share the png I've made for them, just need to get to my other computer. |

Did anyone build this VCO with a waveshaper in the same PCB for triangle and sine waveforms outs? |

I think it would require a discrete OpAmp as an output buffer, in case we wanted a shaper at the height of this VCO. |

I´m agree. a lot of mess for adapting to this one layer PCB.
Best option using a separate PCB or a 2 layers PCB. |

Hi guys.
I did the waveshapres from Berfotron, they didn't work first so I asked Berfotron why? He said they to be able to get the desired wave the vco must put out 10Vpp.
On page 8 in the big thread of Andy's vco there is a small scheme that boost the Vpp to what is needed that Andy posted, well, it worked.
I hope it helpes.
Cheers,

Yes Isaak, with Andy's permission of course i would have some spare boards for sale if you are interested.
They are made with UV insolation cabinet in one layer 100x75 mm quality boards.
They are drilled and ready for components mounting.
12 euros each. Last edited by noiselector on Wed Apr 10, 2013 12:21 pm; edited 3 times in total |
