Keyboard stands seem to be made for bigger keyboards than the G2. What do the G2 owners out there do about supporting the G2 at a convenient height?

Hi,

I use this:

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/152998-REG/Quik_Lok_QL402_QL_402_Roll_Around_Stand.html

It's the QL-402 (not the QL-400, which doesn't go wide enough). I put a little foam or fabric over certain areas to prevent scratching the bottom of the G2 (highly recommended), but this thing allows me to roll the G2 around, tilt it at several angles, raise or lower it, and holds it firmly in place while doing so. It's more expensive than your typical keyboard stand but I think it's almost perfect for this application.

I use this ultimate stand. Folds up very nicely, and I can throw a wodden board on the stand for my laptop/etc.

Wow, quite a setup. My current rig is much more modest -- see attached photo.

Also note the cat eyes peering out from under the monitor.

I actually looked at the Ultimate stand, but I thought that perhaps it would be too big and heavy. Is it possible to remove one of the keyboard supports?

If I want one, I should probably order it promptly, as it has been discontinued but some people still have them in stock.

Because I'm using the G2 beside a drumset, I need a small and low stand, so I found this one (for children, but high-quality!):

That looks perfect!

For that matter, I have used the rainbow version of this stand for years:

Now I just need to find out where I can buy one of them in the USA...

I've been using the same Ultimate stand for several years, works great with the G2.
