1: stay away from the power supply

Try to make it run with batteris... than you could circuit bent as usual.

From wiki: Circuit bending is the creative short-circuiting of electronic devices such as low voltage, battery-powere ... d Very Happy

Don't do any touch bends !
Stay away from power supply !
Wear eye safety glasses. If you stay away from power supply this shouldn't be a problem, but if you do mess around the power supply you can risk that electrolytic capacitors will explode = Plastic+acid in your eye...

Maybe it has a power supply with transformer? Than you can replace the transformer with a battery to supply the correct voltage and include a fuse?

I'm no psu wizard, just thinking out loud Smile

What is the item you're trying to bend? Does it plug directly into the wall or does the elctricity pass through an adaptor/transformer first? Does it say on the item what voltage etc it uses?

This information could be handy. Goodluck.
