Here's my system made during this year. Consisting of:
2 simple saw VCO (nicolas design)
5 input mixer (cgs DC mixer design + simple noise)
polyvox VCF (made from ruskeys.net schematics with russian parts)
nicolas LFO
simple wave folder (CGS52; more of a square waveshaper/PWM really)
vactrol passive VCA (attenuator; see this thread )
some minijack to bannana converters

+

stereo preamp for DC coupled interface, running Silent Way VST.

Converter is a DC-coupled audio interface, so no midi involved. Another popular plugin using same technique was MOTU VOLTA (youtube it, its clearly explained)

yesterday i almost finished the VCPS-8 eurorack prototype. the ADC is still on backorder, otherwise it worked from the start (no klutch areas, though).

Still lurking here, spent much of last year without a work space but DIY has continued. Here are two new builds, a tube overdrive that uses subminiature tubes (a Frequencycentral design from diystompboxes.com forum) and a first version Where's the Party At? looper/sampler, built with arcade buttons and my own reclaimed enclosure...The only loose end is that one of the arcade buttons is faulty.

I always look forward to sduck pics just for the aesthetics of it all. Attention to detail in design and build quality, front panels that dazzle without being ostentatious, and even top-notch photography. Fine art.

I also see your Flickr pics on Flipbook every once in a while and smile.

I should post pics of the beat-up "panels" I'm mutilating out of old steel shelving right now, with a misaligned drill press and a Dremel that begs for mercy every time I pull it out of the tool bucket. Just to contrast with this sduck stuff. To appreciate beauty, one must experience the ugly. Laughing

With only a day to spare, I managed to squeak one more module out before the em kc gathering this week; After almost a year of development, I'm pleased to present the mutant mutant filter!

This contraption can be thought of as a bastard child of Scott Stite's amazing mutation of the Buchla LPG (the mutant filter); so this could be called a bastard's bastard I guess =)

Basically its a dual filter, the upper being the band pass and high pass configuration of the mutant, and the lower being the low pass version. Both filters have input level, frequency control with an external input, and resonance amount control. The filters also have a 12/24db slope switch, a filter "flavor" switch (cap selection), and a switch that taps the resonance from either the 12db output or the 24db output. The high pass and band pass filter has an additional switch that switches between the two modes.

As with all of my other modules, I've adapted it to run on 0-9V, played with some part values, and used my own vactrol section, so its quite different from the original mutant, but it is still a beast nonetheless. I can't believe how deep this thing is; definitely my new favorite module in my system.

Perhaps my em kc performance will just be one, hour long filter sweep... =)
