Hi there, my name is Jeroen Elfferich and I live in Holland (tulips, windmills, Vermeer, van Gogh....) I am a recording artist for the last 20 years. I am a professional drummer, drumteacher, composer. I am crazy about the sound of analogue synthesizers and with my Roland Juno 6 and Yamaha CS10 I make a lot of electronic music. As a kid I liked the german group Tangerine Dream a lot, but also Keith Emerson ( THE synthesizer pioneer). Anyway, I finished my latest album (6 track) with synth-pop music in the style of Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode etc. It will be for sale at ELECTRO.MUSIC.COM soon. You can also check out my site : www.happyelf.nl

analgue greetings,
Jeroen Elfferich

how would you call someone who want to move the ocean further away to make room for people Question
The fact is that they succeed: a Herculean task Very Happy

We are pretty close to a "Crunchy Frog" situation now. Prepare the larkvomit!

OK Carlo? Do you think this thread needs a friendly portion of arty lasagne too?
Cool

Very funny... trust me!

Ceremonial use of tea? Do you have pictures?

Welcome, Happy.

I've got your CDs and I'm going to put them up on the store soon. Good SynthPop music.

Mushrooms are a significant component of contemporary music. John Cage was more interested in mushrooms than in music. I've never been a big fan of them, but when I visited a friend in Bergen, Norway in September, this changed. He went up into the mountains and gathered fresh ones of many varieties. He served them at dinner, sauteed in butter and olive oil. At first taste I was in John Cage's camp. Let the music compose itself, spend your quality time with mushrooms... Laughing

Are you sure it wasn't Trondheim?

[quote="mosc"]Welcome, Happy.

Thank you for your positive reaction on my music. I'm still trying to find a recordlabel to release it. In Berlin are some fine alternative labels specialized in electronic music (Kitty-Yo ). In Europe the name ELECTRO represents a style of popmusic using synthesizers. I don't know if it's the same in the USA. When you look at : www.ent-love.org/links.htm you'll find some really interesting labels.

analogue greetings,

The Java on the front page of the elf place does not come out with the SUN version of Java on OS X. However.. it works OK in Microsoft Interenet Explorer for OS X. Shocked

However.. the direct URL to the good stuff is : http://www.happyelf.nl/totaal.htm

So.. no need for reading the page source.. etc etc

I tried those file at.. hmm.. peoplesound.. but they kicked my ass saying that downloading mp3 files is unkool..

Do you know what Marcel Proust said after looking at this picture of Delft by Vermeer? That it was the greatest painting ever painted. I saw it at Mauritshuis in Den Haag. Absolutely awesome. I do not know if Proust was right but it wasn't wrong either Exclamation
