Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where I might get my hands on a pcb for Thomas Henry's lm-vco?

Thanks.

i know of the 555VCO, the 4046 VCO and the XR8038 VCO... the description LM_VCO is new to me... well you can build an oscillator around an LM13700 or so but didn't recognized that Thomas posted such an layout here on EMF.

Thanks for the reply.

This layout is in his "An Analogue Synthesizer for the 21st Century" book. I don't think schematics are on EMF.

If you want to etch your own, here's a pcb layout I made for the LM VCO a few years back. The layout is confirmed. I use mine as an LFO these days.

The XR VCO became the el Cerrito VCO that Magic Smoke Electronics was producing. I'd recommend emailing Tim before ordering though, there's been a lot of chaos in his life and it's not clear what the real status of the PCBs might be (see other discussions here and at Muff's).

Also I believe the Analog Synth... LFO became the Cucamonga LFO as well, should you be interested....
