And a new video - The Fleeting Shadows from the Widespread Noise release "Dark Stars."
3 minutes of medium-tempo noises over a fairly active rhythm track with a little synth. Video Footage is from NASA - great storm shots, Aurora Borealis, and city lights.

This is a video for "From the Dank the Funk Arises." I posted the audio links several weeks back. This is a new video. I used weather clips and put together a loose visual background. _________________ Noah Peterson

New video for Funky House Can't Get No Better Than This.
Grabbed some fun dancing footage, some DJs, tried to get a party vibe going. Hope you like it! _________________ Noah Peterson

New video up - World Audio
The tracks is World Audio from "Baseline 120: Electro-Jams." That was my first all electronic KAOSS pad creation. I used the KP3+ and the Kaossilator Pro to make the jams. I had a great time making it. I still love the sounds on it.

For the video: In my never-ending quest to upchuck volumes of content for the internet I've raided several places for public domain video footage. The problem with these sites is the lack of content of consistency and length. You have to piece together things with short clips. That's fine if you've got a short tune, but for things that go on... and these days I'm going on and on and on... I just need longer clips. And I can't find them, and I'm not paying money for them since you can't really make any money on Youtube with stuff like that. So I bought a GoPro and am shooting my own video.
I haven't really been able to dive into it and go crazy, but I am taking advantage of where I'm at. So I've been getting some footage while I'm on the kayak, out for a walk, driving....
And I'm not shooting for any particular content I have now, I'm just shooting.
I have some country-road footage shot out of the car window that I thought kinda worked for World Audio. It's a trance/electro jam and kinda works with the fast-pace of the footage that is ever-changing, but pretty much the same thing the whole time.
Anyway, here's the youtube link. Enjoy!

New music - Discontinuous Representation of Information
This is a track recorded live at the San Antonio Airport. 12:23 seconds of fun.
While this is very much like a lot of things I do, it's got a very small differences. I don't pile on a lot of layers and have things pretty well spaced out for a nice groove. I use a little bit of hand percussion and some breath and voice to add some flavor.
It's a trip doing this stuff live. People are walking back, kids are dancing, people are sitting listening, eating, talking, getting coffee... Most have never seen anyone do anything like this live. It's a trip for them as well. And they sure don't expect to see or hear anything like this on a Monday afternoon at the airport.
And it's a bit of a trick to record. My signal chain is sax mic to pedals to RC-300 Loopstaion (vocal mic also goes to RC-300) to Kaossilator Pro to KP3+ to speakers. I plug my Zoom H6 into the KP3+ headphone out to record.

The video came about by happenstance rather than design. I have recently purchased a GoPro and was messing around getting footage and trying to figure it out. I went for a walk along the river with the camera strapped to my head. But instead of taking video, I had it set for time lapse photos. So I ended up with 5,000+ pics of my walk. I decided to make a video with those pics and needed something "techy" sounding to go with abruptness of the snapshot changes. All things considered I thought it came out decent.
Here's the video...

And finally, I've got my website set-up so y'all can purchase and tracks that tickle your fancy. Here's the link for this jam:

New Music Monday - New single from Noah Peterson!
"Let's Do It" This is a sexy, downtempo jam with synth and some spicy sax thrown in. It's a lovely little groove for all the lovers in the house.
This is edited, although I took it from one of my Sunday night live stream sessions. Pretty simple progression that just loops, I know.. big surprise, me looping. Anyway... I really liked how it came out. Thought it was cool. Put the video together with some stock clips of beautiful women from around the world. Thought it all worked nicely.

new live video - just for fun Subject description: new live video - just for fun |

This was from my gig on Oct 23rd, 2020. I wanted to see how everything was working. I'm pretty comfortable with the KAOSS pads, but was curious how the light bar and fog machine looked. I was pretty happy with how it all came off.
One thing the video doesn't show is the other light bar. I couldn't figure out how to get them in sync. Figured that out yesterday though. So "the show" should look a lot cooler this Friday. We'll see what happens.
Fun little jam though...
