Hi All,

Has anyone found an answer to the seemingly random USB loss of connection between the editor, the G2 and windows 10.

I've tried different ports, cables, hubs, various settings in the editor and windows application settings.

Each time I change something, I reckon I have found the culprit and it is now resolved only for after a seemingly random amount of time (generally a few weeks later), it does it again.

The only thing that seems to sort it when it goes, is to disconnect and reconnect the G2 usb cable. Once reconnected, it then works and doesn't do it again for ages.

It's pretty rare and not that big an issue in the scheme of things but just wondered if anyone had solved it on their machine?

Nord seems fine and in good condition, so am pretty sure it is something to do with drivers/windows etc.

Am running 1.62 on the Nord and 3.0.2.0 64 Bit Clavia Driver if that helps?

Cheers

R.

One other thing I can think of .. is it sleep related?

The allow usb to sleep function, power saving etc? Am pretty sure have looked at that one but will have another look. Maybe the nord device is being allowed to sleep?

Cheers

hmm no dice, only thing I can think is check the system event viewer next time it errors and look for clues, probably should have tried that last time.
