I would definitely be interested in a few depending on the price. I must cut myself off soon from all this diy. I'm trying to get pcb's left and right that I'm interested in, but i haven't even considered components yet...

pm'd for 6 boards... thinking one quad, one dual Twisted Evil

Now, I have finally finished reading through this mammoth thread, and one thing that strikes me is that during the thread the quote on the price quickly dropped to 8usd/ea + shipping, whereas the front page (arguably the one people actually read, hehe) reads twelve.

Never one to nit-pick, me, but a precise quote on the price would be really nice. Smile I'm in either way Smile

I spotted that too, I received a PM yesterday, and the price is in fact, $12. Still, no biggie and well worth a purchase! Wink

Yeah, I've got a growing PCB collection and nothing near ready for popping into the rack Embarassed

But I will get them finished!

*sigh* PCB are like Pokemon cards.

Hi

Finally I finished my first pair, I'm testing it and all seems OK, but when I put the OR potentiometer full CCW the envelope A stops its cycle (in cycle mode) And continue cycling when I turn the pot CW.

I revised all the wirings, and components and all is OK. Also replaced the pot.

I don't know how to proceed. Any advice?

oops! Diode 8 was missed.

now is working correctly! Very Happy

Other point:

I would like to put the output at 5V peak to peak and the gate threshold to 2V

Any trail? which resistors could I investigate and try other values?

Hi, for the level of the threshold input is the ratio of R36, R39.

But for the output level i didn't achieve anything, I tried changing values of R16,R18,R19,R20,R21,R14...

I would like to achieve a output of 5V peak to peak instead the 10V because adapt the module to the actual standards.

There is the possibility to add two inverters opamp, the first reducing 1/2 the amplitude, and the second inverting the signal again.

But there is not other way?

Ok, I got 5V peak to peak, dividing the voltage with 1k resistor to ground after the 1K resistor output. Very easy to solder in the output socket. Just 1k resstor from the signal leg to the ground leg.
Thanks Paul.

Other point,
Schematic B board, marks as a R47 the 1 K resistor that is the output of "PO" (peak output) is marked as on-board but its missed on the PCB, "PO" is directly tied to collector Q6 and emiter Q5.
Also is R47 the off-board resistor that connects (D) in A board with (A) in B board.

scratch

My PCbs are the revision 2. Do I need to put the "PO" resistor output ( R47' ) off-board?

Please Topp, confirm about this.

yeah a booboo. the 1k resistor off the PO output is off-board on v2s and is R47 and the 47K is R48 actually. sorry!

Hi Topp,
Really excited about this! Since there has been variation/question on the price of the boards can you please make a post with:
1. Price per PCB?
2. Where we should send payment?
For instance, if it's Paypal please tell us your address so we can pay.

Thanks! Looking forward to this!

Hi Topp,

I'm just finishing the PCBs (V3) for this and for C3 you say on the BOM that I can use 1.8n or "slightly" bigger, is 2.2n too big?

Thanks,
Dave

no, it should work OK. your minimum allowable time between retriggering the FG would increase to between 6-7 mS orso (with 5V pulse at 50% duty cycle) as i recall it.. but i'm sure that's tolerable.
