says 87, 67 69 makes B3 sounds and no piano unless you hold down the pitch button, low hours on this, never edited a program before lock is still on,this has not left the house since I bought it in august. tried changing one acoustic piano and that went fine then back to error right after boot up.If I take it apart I'm sure the warranty is void, but there is no distributor anymore so have not found warranty service yet.

Did you try uploading a fresh set of samples to your Nord?

You can download the sample file from Clavia's website. Then you hook up your computer to your Nord using some kind of USB/MIDI interface, and all the samples on your board are refreshed. There's no way to know that this is the cure, but it sure sounds like your issue is software-related, possibly originating in the instrument samples.
