"Regen01 is beautiful"

I have to agree--it seems to have a number of thoughtfuly integrated "layers."

Some tips about these rain pictures...

It's the car glass, of course, so after a nice cloudburst drive to a nice surrounding; colors and contrast do very fine, like shops, fair-grounds, etc.
Camera, auto-focus, in close-up mode and no flash.
It's the water which creates the effect, so this part has to be very sharp in focus: put your hand against the glass and let the camera focus on that, 'hold' the setting and make the picture.
At home select parts out of the picture to loose any referings to objects and make the picture 'abstract'.

Wout

To be clear when I referred to "layers" it was to kinds of abstract "forms" and the integration something done in the eye and mind of the photographer.

A webcam is supposed to be from the monitor position. I don't have one, so I chose the dig. camera.

Came home from a cross-country drive with my son last month to find that another German Shepard (Ziggy, 5 months) had joined Frida (10 months here). Frida appears earlier in this thread. Now she has a friend.

Ziggy was spending most of her life locked in a cage in an apartment in Philadelphia. They get on pretty well, and now I get even more of a workout.

Both females, #2 to be spayed soon.

She was named before I arrived home. I decided that there must be something subliminal going on, because Ziggy is short for Siegfrida, as is Frida.
